Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SEO Discovery, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services. We believe in maintaining transparency with our clients regarding cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following policy.

1. General Policy

• SEO Discovery provides professional services including but not limited to:
• • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• • Local SEO
• • AI Search Optimization
• • Google Ads (PPC)
• • Social Media Marketing
• • Website Design & Development
• • Content Marketing
• • Link Building
• • Online Reputation Management
• • E-commerce Marketing

Since these services involve dedicated manpower, consulting, strategy, and digital deliverables, refunds are governed by the terms below.

2. Monthly SEO Services

Our SEO services operate on a month-to-month service model.

• Each month includes activities such as:
• • Keyword research
• • Technical SEO improvements
• • Content optimization
• • Link building
• • AI Search optimization
• • Reporting
• • Strategy implementation
• • Consultation
• • Important

Once the monthly work has been completed and the Monthly SEO Report has been shared with the client, that month's payment becomes non-refundable.

Even if rankings or traffic have not yet achieved the desired results, SEO is a long-term marketing process, and results depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

3. No Refund After Monthly Report Delivery

• Clients are not eligible for any refund if:
• 1. Monthly SEO work has been completed.
• 2. Monthly report has been delivered.
• 3. Deliverables for that billing cycle have been provided.
• 4. Meetings or consultations for the month have been conducted.

This applies regardless of whether the client chooses to continue future services.

4. Cancellation of Monthly Services

Clients may cancel their monthly SEO service at any time before the next billing cycle.

• If you are not satisfied with our services:
• 1. You may simply choose not to renew for the following month.
• 2. No further invoices will be generated after cancellation.
• 3. However, payments already made for completed months will not be refunded.

5. No Retroactive Refunds

SEO Discovery does not accept refund requests for services already completed.

• Clients cannot:
• 1. Use our SEO services for multiple months.
• 2. Receive monthly reports,
• 3. Approve completed work,
• 4. Continue the engagement,

and later request refunds or initiate payment disputes for previous months.

Refund requests made after work completion for prior billing periods will be rejected.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a client files a payment dispute or chargeback after receiving services, SEO Discovery reserves the right to submit evidence, including but not limited to:

• 1. Signed agreement or proposal
• 2. Email communication
• 3. Monthly reports
• 4. Work logs
• 5. Deliverables
• 6. Strategy documents
• 7. Meeting records
• 8. Invoice history
• 9. Project management records

These documents demonstrate that services were delivered as agreed.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of all services and legal recovery of outstanding amounts.

7. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once work has started:

8. One-Time Projects

• For one-time services such as:

• • Website Development
• • SEO Audit
• • Technical Audit
• • Content Creation
• • Landing Page Development

Any advance payment becomes non-refundable once project work has commenced.

If the project is canceled by the client after work has started, payment will be adjusted based on work completed, and no refund will be provided for completed milestones.

9. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing:
• 1. Website access
• 2. Required credentials
• 3. Business information
• 4. Timely approvals
• 5. Content (if applicable)
• 6. Feedback within reasonable timeframes

Delays caused by missing information or delayed approvals do not qualify for refunds.

10. SEO Results Disclaimer

SEO Discovery follows industry best practices and Google-compliant optimization techniques.

• However, we do not guarantee:
• • #1 Google rankings
• • Specific keyword rankings
• • Fixed traffic increases
• • Sales or revenue guarantees
• • AI search visibility within a fixed timeframe

Search engine algorithms frequently change and remain outside our control.

11. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds may only be considered if:
• 1. Payment was made by mistake (duplicate payment).
• 2. SEO Discovery has not started any work.
• 3. No resources have been allocated.
• 4. No deliverables have been shared.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7-15 business days using the original payment method.

12. Acceptance of Policy

By purchasing any service from SEO Discovery, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
