• • If you need to cancel, please let your Account Manager know or reach out directly to our billing department. We'll only consider the cancellation official once the department confirms it.
• • We can only accept cancellation requests if you submit them within 12 hours of placing your order, and only if our team has not yet begun working on your project.
• • Please note that we cannot be held responsible for services provided by outside vendors, such as content writing, website hosting, or any third-party development work.

Refund policy

Because our services involve time, strategy, and dedicated expert effort, we don't guarantee refunds once an order is placed and then canceled.

• • If you are paying monthly, we want you to feel confident. We only process the payment for the upcoming month after you've had a chance to review the results and performance of the current month.
• • It's important to understand that SEO Discovery cannot promise specific results like search engine rankings or traffic figures. Therefore, we are unable to process refund claims based on whether or not specific traffic or ranking goals were met.
